Rental terms and conditions:
Deposits (Payments)*
 | We accept Cash (wire transfer), Checks and
Credit Card payments |
| A deposit of
50% is required to hold reservations.
|
| The balance is
due one month prior to arrival.
|
| Security
deposit of $200.00 USD (fully refundable) is required one week prior to
arrival.
You will be responsible for any damage caused to the property. |
| A rental agreement will be forwarded to you. |
Cancellations
and Refunds
| Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival
will qualify for a refund of the total deposit (minus $40.00 USD in the
case of international wire-transfer
transaction or $25.00 USD in the case of domestic (USA) wire transfer
transaction).

| In the event of cancellation
within 30 days prior to the arrival date, a fee of 25% of the total amount
of stay will be applied (plus $40 US Dollars in the case of international wire-transfer
transaction or $25.00 USD in the case of domestic (USA) wire transfer
transaction). |
| In the event of early departure a 25% cancellation fee
of remaining period reserved will be applied. |
* Credit Card payments are
accepted. (4% commission fee).
